- AT EACH TANK INLET THERE WILL BE A 3″ POLY BALL VALVE INSTALLED AS A MAIN SHUTOFF. EACH BALL VALVE WITH HAVE A 30′ X 2″ TIGERTAIL SUCTION HOSE CONNECTED. THE END OF THE HOSE WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH A ON/OFF VALVE AND SCHEDULE 80 WAND
WATER SYSTEM
- 12VDC FLOJET WASHDOWN PUMP, 6.0 GPM, 70 PSI PLUMBED TO (1) 50 FT X 5/8 WASHDOW HOSE ON A SPRING REWIND HANNAY HOSE REEL, STANDARD GARDEN HOSE NOZZLE. WASHDOWN SYSTEM CONTROLLED ON/OFF WITH SWITCH LOCATED IN OUTSIDE SWITCHBOX ON DRIVER SIDE.
- (2) BUCKET FILL VALVES, ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRUCK. BUCKET FILL VALVES WILL HAVE A 2″ MALE CAMCLOCK
- VENT ON TOP OF TANK WILL HAVE A 2″ 90 DEGREE HOSE BARB INSTALLED WITH HOSE RAN DOWN FRONT SIDE OF TANK TOWARDS GROUND. THIS SERVCES AS A VENT BUT ALSO PREVENTS WATER SPILLING FROM VENT AND RUNNING DOWN SIDE OF TANK (KEEPS IT CLEAN)
- TOP SIDE FILL WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH A 4″ MALE CAMLOCK AND CAP
ELECTRICAL
- OUTSIDE CONTROL SWITCH BOX LOCATED ON DRIVER SIDE WILL HAVE A SWITCH FOR THE VACUUM PUMP, WATER PUMP AND WORK LIGHTS
- ALL DOT LIGHTS WILL BE WIRED TO THE CHASSIS
- POWER WILL BE WIRED FROM THE CHASSIS TO THE TANK BODY TO SUPPLY POWER FOR THE WATER PUMP AND WORK LIGHTS
